A host of funny folk bring the fringe shows to Gosforth
With the Edinburgh Fringe Festival fast approaching, the finest funny folk are pulling together some incredible shows to tickle your funny bone. The Brandling Villa in Gosforth has pulled together its own mini-fringe festival with shows from several top comedians before they head north in August.
It all starts on Monday 2nd July with political satirist Rahul Kohli and the rude and risque Eleanor Conway. Monday 9th July welcomes some top stories from Geordie favourite Mike Milligan and Scottish funnyman and master of his craft Vladimir McTavish. Monday 16th July brings in the brilliant Eddy Brimson and the one-liners and puns of Julian Lee. The super talented and inventive Tom Little is on Monday 23rd July with the silly shenanigans of Sean Turner. With tickets only £5 each for both shows, July is the perfect time to get a little comedy in your life.
