Breakin’ Convention brings its world‑leading hip hop theatre takeover to Tyne Theatre & Opera House on Tuesday 12th May, with a stacked bill featuring Olivier Award‑winning TRAPLORD, trailblazing crew ILL‑Abilities™ and the slick LA trio Femme Fatale, plus homegrown talent from Gribz, Dance Jam and Da Litehouse. Curated and hosted by Breakin’ Convention founder Jonzi D, the night promises the full experience — DJs, graffiti, freestyle sessions and a whot lot more. Part of the festival’s 2026 UK tour, the Newcastle date drops straight after Breakin’ Convention’s flagship Sadler’s Wells weekender, bringing the energy, innovation and attitude of hip hop dance theatre to the city for one night only.
