Leeds alt-rockers Caro and local faves Post Rome & Deep.Sleep launch the new music showcase club night in Sunderland
Sunderland music hotspot, Independent, has been a busy bee in the local music scene as of late; with the launch of their multi-venue music festival, Waves, their North-East mini tour weekender, RIGHT HERE and The Brand New Club, a free entry event for brand new bands to play their first gigs. The latest edition to their vibrant programme is new music showcase club night, Circuit, which kicks off on Friday 18th March.
The launch night line up includes exciting alt-rock trio Caro who have been championed by the likes of BBC Radio 1 and 6 Music and are seen as one of the most exciting live acts on the scene. Joining then is Sunderland pop-rock outfit Post Rome, who recently dropped their exciting new single, Mr. Memory Man and completing the bill is Newcastle indie quartet Deep.Sleep.

…Oh and whilst you’re getting tickets for this, you might as well get some for the recently announced second Circuit event on Thursday 31st March, complete with an all-star bill featuring Yorkshire post-punk band The Lounge Society, Sunderland pop-funksters Picnic and Newcastle’s new wave rising stars NOPRISM.
