Reliably informed

This month across venues in Durham, artists, university professors and producers are coming together to explore climate change, global justice and human displacement, including how we can potentially solve world crises and come up with interventions. The launch event at Durham’s DLI sees this collective coming together to present their different findings and talk about their work to be presented in the next few weeks.

Internationally acclaimed artists and activists from around the world, including from countries as disparate and wide-reaching as Bangladesh, Zimbabwe, Iran, Brazil and Australia, are involved in Footprint Modulation, which will be culminating in a weekend of public performance, film screenings, exhibitions and discussions. The overall event will be rounded off with a conference at Durham University discussing the themes of the event. The extravaganza is a perfect event for those both with an interest in art and design as well as environmental activists.

The Footprint Modulation Launch takes place at DLI, Durham on Thursday 4th June.
