Reliably informed

On Saturday 30th April filmmaker and naturalistic drone artist Johann Wight returns to Newcastle to, once again, collaborate with Zen music outfit Shunyata Improvisation Group at Cobalt Studios.

Falling Sparks is an art and music project drawing on Gnostic, Zen and Secular influences and will see SIG performing a live improvised music performance to Johann Wlight’s silent 1-2 hour abstract film Scarlet Cerulean. The slow pace of the film and music is intended to slow thought processes and will provide the means by which the audience can experience self-discovery without need of any spiritual belief or training.

Tickets are £7-11, depending on your financial circumstances, and available here.
