NEWS: Ouseburn Open Studios

Inspired by International Women’s Day, Ouseburn Open Studios returns on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th March. Offering a unique insight into the working world of artists and designer-makers across the Ouseburn. they are spotlighting inspirational women in the creative sectors, their skills and local success stories with a weekend that celebrates local female entrepreneurship with pop ups, workshops, demo’s and open discussions.

Highlights include a printmaking demo on both days, alongside a Block Painting Workshop on Sunday 18th. PRINT & PRESS; an exhibition of original prints from printmaker Carol Nunan, alongside work from Carol’s students and guest tutors. Learn more about the various practices as the talented guests discuss their work.

There’s a lot of creativity in the Ouseburn area, so celebrating it seems like a rather splendid idea.
