Co-creator and star of BBC Three’s This Country will be chatting via webinar to Tees Valley Screen on Thursday 23rd July.
The sad thing about lockdown is that all our fave celebs and creative icons seemed so out of reach. Although the days of driving down to London to see them walking down the street are starting to return, social distancing and various stalking laws means we have to be very careful approaching them to ask our burning questions.
Thankfully for all us comedy fans Tees Valley Screen, a Northern film and media programme designed to support talent, ambition and growth, will be bringing the big names to us as they chat to co-creator and star of BBC Three’s This Country on Thursday 23rd July as part of their North East Comedy Hot House webinars.
Daisy May Cooper is the winner of the 2018 BAFTA TV Award for Best Female Comedy Performance for playing Kerry Mucklowe in the BBC Three series This Country. She’ll be chatting about finding the funny in everyday life, creating comedy characters and keeping the laughs flowing in lockdown.
Places for this have all gone, however you can sign up to the waiting list, should some become available, here.
