After a hugely successful 2023 event Newcastle Fringe Festival has announced that it will be back and bringing the best of UK touring performing arts to the city from Tuesday 16th-Saturday 27th July 2024 (excluding Sunday & Monday).

The event will be taking over 5 city centre and Ouseburn venues across ten days, including Alphabetti Theatre (the NFF festival hub), Prohibition Cabaret Bar, The Old Coal Yard, The Cumberland Arms and Dance City!

For those wanting to be on the lineup, the festival have launched their call out for applications and are looking for brilliant, small-scale touring work across theatre, music, family, comedy, cabaret and more. There are a range of options for artists, from one-nighters, to a full 10-date run, all working on a 70/30 split in the artists favour, plus additional support from Alphabetti Theatre and the team behind the festival.
