On Friday 1st April, North-East singer-songwriter Channy drops her latest single, Do It For Love. This latest offering, which sees Channy teaming up with singer songwriter Jamie Lee Harrison, singer songwriter Emma Horan and songwriter and producer Jonny Fitch, is a vibrant floor-filler with Summery pop tones and notes of Dua Lipa and Mabel. The track is also set to be be accompanied by an official music video directed by renowned choreographer and dancer Liv Quantrill.

We’re delighted to be given this track as a NARC. exclusive, ahead of its release. Here, Channy tells us about what inspired the track…

“I was sad, loosing love for what I loved the most. My mindset wasn’t clear and I was constantly caught up in what was coming next, never really enjoying the present moment. It took a lot of soul searching to get my feet firmly back on the ground. Feeling happy doing things I love again is a real blessing and it feels uplifting, which is the direction I wanted to take the song.”
