On Friday 6th May, two brand new theatre productions from critically acclaimed and award-winning Associate Artists of the Lion & Unicorn Theatre come to Laurels in Whitley Bay for one night only.

Tifo from Moon Loaf Productions is written and performed by Kieran Dee and directed by Grace Millie. The play is about football fan Kerry Matthews and what he decides to do during a Premier League match, when the players take the knee to stand against racism for a moment of silence.

Volcano is written by Georgie Bailey and James Lewis and directed by David Brady and follows Max as he receives a piece of news that will force him to confront everything he knows about himself and embarks on a 12-hour odyssey across London that will change his life forever.

Tickets are £16 (£14 concessions) and available from Laurels’ website.
