A charity gala by Rendez-Vous dance featuring the most exciting queer dancers, singers, drag artists, comedians from the region takes place on Tuesday 6th December
Rendez-Vous Dance presents The Queers Support Ukraine, a cabaret night of queer arts to show solidarity to the people of Ukraine.
Taking place at Dance City on Tuesday 6th December, the event is a night of queer cabaret performances, held to raise funds for the humanitarian appeal in Ukraine.
Local acts will take to the stage to bring our community together in support and solidarity with Ukrainian people fleeing the conflict. All money from ticket sales will be donated to the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) appeal, along with the money raised during collections on the night.
Performing on the night are Thick & Tight, Society Of Strays, Rileasa Slaves, Veggie Stripper, Connor Scott (BBC Young Dancer Winner 2015), Rendez-Vous dance, Imogen Banks, Carmen Showtunes, Azula Bandit and Folknery, all of whom have donated their time to support the cause.
