On Friday 3rd December, North-East psych promoter, Lost In The Woods, in association with Event Horizon, bring one of the UK’s finest festival bands, Ozric Tentacles, to The Georgian Theatre, Stockton
The band, who are the creative vision of multi-instrumentalist Ed Wynne, came together courtesy of mystical forces during the solstice at Stonehenge Free Festival in 1983 and went on to blow minds at Glastonbury and many other festivals with their trippy soundscapes that appeal to fans of prog rock, psychedelia and dance music.
In October 2020 Ozric Tentacles released a new album, Space For Earth, an exploratory and diverse musical adventure made up of seven new tracks spanning 45 minutes and inspired by the Scottish hills, valleys and beaches surrounding Wynne’s studio.
Support from the duo of ethereal songstress Saskia Maxwell and synth wizard Silas Neptune and psych/space rock Silver Trees, with the Lost in the Woods DJ Collective filling the space before, in between and afterwards.
