Teesside’s biggest and longest-running multi-venue festival, Stockton Calling, has dropped an early Christmas present with the announcement of its First Wave of artists performing Easter Saturday (30th March) 2024.

Joining the already announced headliners, The Enemy, Corella and The Bluetones, are South Wales band CVC – who will headline The Social Room – with Wigan’s The Lilacs topping out at The Storytellers and South Yorkshire-via-London’s Deadletter rounding off proceedings at ARC2.

As always, there are plenty of North-East artists on the bill with All Before, DAWKS,  Sarah Johnsone, Scruffy Bear, Cat Ryan, Hannah  Robinson, Hector Gannet, No Teeth and TV Death all set to make an appearance. They will be joined by a plethora of touring talent including, Adult DVD, Ed Cosens, Ellur, Fashion Tips, Gemma Rodgers, Good Cop  Bad Cop, Lizzie Reid, Reignmaker, Spielmann, Sun King, The Chase, The Guestlist,  The Kairos and The Tubs.

Paul Burns of Stockton Calling co-organiser, Tees Music Alliance is pleased with the quality of artists appearing;

It’s great to see some of our great local artists getting slots at Stockton Calling where we  know they’ll give the touring artists a run for their money – and there’ll be more local names  announced in the new year.

The programming team have pulled a great first wave line up together to give music fans a  taste of what’s to come – which is shaping up to be a great event for Stockton, the wider  Tees region and the North East as a whole.

Tickets for Stockton Calling are on sale now priced at £40.
