The region’s biggest outdoor festival returns on 22nd-24th May
It’s back! The region’s biggest outdoor festival returns for the third year to offer local music lovers a chance to see some of the biggest acts in the world, performing alongside some of the most exciting emerging local talent. Returning to Newcastle’s Exhibition Park on 22nd-24th May, which saw 30,000 festival-goers descend on it in 2019, This Is Tomorrow promises a stellar line-up which in the past has included the likes of Stereophonics and Noel Gallagher.
No acts for the 2020 festival have yet been confirmed, however, Steve Davis who is the Managing Director of event organisers SSD Concerts, hints at some big future announcements: “We’re delighted with how This Is Tomorrow 2020 is looking and are confident of next year’s event selling out in advance. We have some huge artists confirmed and some new areas which are currently in the process of being added to the event which will add to the customer experience massively.
With the promise that it will bring its most entertaining and diverse line-up yet, promoters SSD Concerts are giving festival-loving fans the chance to snap up discounted early bird weekend tickets, which are on sale here.
