The fifth in a series of online exhibitions hosted by Arcade to support non-profit, charitable and artist run spaces in their community
Fighting the good fight to help keep art alive during these hard times are champions of emerging artists, Slugtown who present Lacuna, a group exhibition on Artsy and the fifth in a series of online exhibitions hosted by Arcade.
A new exhibition will be published online every 21 days to support non-profitable and artist run spaces in their community. Each exhibition will feature the work of three artists who have previously exhibited with Slugtown and three who will be exhibiting work at Slugtown’s new gallery space sometime in 2020. The current exhibition (running from 30th June – 19th July) features work by Paul Barlow, Gabriella Boyd, Harley Kuyck Cohen, Hannah Lees, Rosie McGinn and Seb Trend. To visit, click here.
25% of all sales will be donated to The Angelou Centre, a charity in the West End of Newcastle who provide a range of services for Black, Asian, minority ethnic and refugee women including training, personal development, counselling and legal advice for immigration and domestic violence.
