Sunderland’s new live entertainment venue is bringing the finest American roots and country music artists to the North-East
The North-East has always had an appetite for some Americana and so Sunderland’s new, state of the art performance venue, The Fire Station, are catering for this with some delightful servings of roots and Country from both sides of the Atlantic.
The upcoming series will feature national and international names including acclaimed solo artist Teddy Thompson (20th January), best-selling UK Country duo The Shires (27th January), Grammy nominee Gregory Alan Isakov (3rd March), critically acclaimed contemporary folk artist This Is The Kit (10th March), American hot jazz virtuosos The Hot Club of Cowtown (20th April) and smash hit country singer-songwriter Beth Neilsen Chapman (22nd April).
