Who are you and where are you from?
We’re an indie rock band focused in one of Newcastle’s most vibrant areas – the Ouseburn. Three of us were born and bred in Newcastle, with two members from Liverpool and Manchester. It makes match day very interesting!

What is it you do?
We bring guitar-driven, energetic indie rock to the North East, with a vocal melodies that live in your brain for days.

How long have you been doing it?
We’ve been making our mark on the scene for just over 2 years now, but a fresh line up change in recent months has brought an unmistakeable buzz to our sound.

What inspires you?
Classic and indie rock is a clear staple of what we do, with influences ranging from Pixies, Smashing Pumpkins, The Strokes – even the likes of Oasis and The Rolling Stones.

Tell us about your music.
We released “The Pretty Sounds EP” in May ‘25 as a footnote of where we were as a band, showcasing 2 years of hard work. We’ve been overwhelmed by the response, both in our live set and the recording. But we can’t forget our older singles “Only” and “Lights” which still get the crowd moving!

What have you got coming up in the future?
We’re releasing our next single “House On Fire” on October 15th, this has been a track in our live set for ages and it never fails to get people dancing! Our release party at Little Buildings on the same date has already sold out – here we’re going to be showcasing our newest music and why we’re so excited about what’s to come.

Where can people find out more about you?
Our Instagram @parkviewofficial, TikTok @parkviewofficial and our Facebook are great ways to come see what we’re about, but nothing beats coming down to the gigs and hearing us live.
