April would have been a month packed with excellent gigs, theatre and comedy shows – many of which we’d have previewed and reviewed. We didn’t want to ignore the contribution these artists (and promoters) make to the region, so we asked some of them to give you a few tips on how you can spend your time in isolation.
Psychedelic wonders Wax Machine have rescheduled their Wandering Oak promoted show for Saturday 15th August at The Cumberland Arms. Here’s some random tips from guitarist and vocalist Lau Ro.
I’m using the time to get back on track with things that a busy yang lifestyle normally gets in the way of – such as meditation, yoga, eating some mushrooms, doing some tarot, lots of sleeping and dreaming.
