Jennifer Wilson enjoys an unapologetically savage and wonderfully hilarious show ripping into her favourite chick flick

Two enthusiastic Americans parodying films on a quiet Wednesday in a small theatre in Darlo could potentially be uber-cringe, but what else would I be doing on a quiet Wednesday in Darlo? Kerry and KK manage to be unapologetically savage yet wonderfully hilarious even with well-known depress-fests Beaches and The Notebook.
These guys are not only very funny but their singing and dancing skills are surprisingly high-quality, which greatly increased my enjoyment level. The audience participation section added some entertaining improv, allowing us to see just how talented Kerry and KK are; they even did requests and I was thrilled to see my beloved favourite chick flick ripped to shreds. I will forever see KK’s face instead of Jude Law’s – and to be honest, I am happy with this.
