Sun‑drenched country‑rock from Oxfordshire meets smoky Brooklyn Americana as The Dreaming Spires and The Annie Keating Band bring their co‑headline tour to The Cumberland Arms on Wednesday 30th September. The pair recently teamed up on new single Put Me In Your Hands, a rousing, harmony‑rich blend of Americana, folk and rock ’n’ roll, born from a transatlantic writing session that tapped into 25 years of roads travelled and choices made. Keating, a long‑established voice in the UK Americana scene, shares deep creative roots with the Bennett brothers, whose debut Brothers in Brooklyn drew inspiration from time spent in her home borough. On stage, that connection becomes a tight, full‑blooded double bill: the Spires’ sibling harmonies and jangle locking in with Keating’s gritty folk‑rock, with drummer Jamie Dawson bridging both bands alongside Joe Coombs and Scott Warman. Expect rich harmonies, heart‑on‑sleeve songwriting and a night of captivating, transatlantic storytelling.
