Our first episode of the new series of NARC. TV is online now! Find out what’s featured in our special extended edition…
We’re delighted to be returning to your screens for the second series of NARC. TV! Our magazine-style programme will once again feature live performances and in-depth interviews from some of the North East’s most engaging performers, filmed in venues across the region.
Episode one is a specially extended edition which features a jaw-dropping performance filmed at Middlesbrough Town Hall from celebrated avant-folk songwriter Richard Dawson, who also talks to Claire Dupree about his songcraft and how he brings his characters to life; plus a thrilling set of Euro-indie pop from Twist Helix, filmed at The Boiler Shop in Newcastle, where David Saunders hears from the band about the challenges posed by Brexit for local and touring artists.
NARC. TV has been produced by Art Mouse in conjunction with Tees Music Alliance. We’re grateful for the support of Musinc and venues The Boiler Shop, Middlesbrough Town Hall, The Forum Music Centre and The Georgian Theatre.
