Motorhouse Studios who bring the creme-de-la-creme of Sunderland music scene to Independent for a livestream festival to raise money for Sunderland foodbank
One of the few nice things about the current pandemic is how it has highlighted some of the best traits (as well as worst but let’s ignore them) of mankind, as people have been coming together for the greater good and helping those less fortunate than themselves. One of those good eggs is North-East recording studio Motorhouse Studios who, together with the creme-de-la-creme of Sunderland music scene, have organised a livestream festival on Thursday 29th October at Independent to raise money for Sunderland Foodbank.
Kicking off at 6pm, this all-star lineup features famed folk-maker The Lake Poets, electro-funk outfit Vandebilt, rock ‘n’ rollers bigfatbig, Futurehead and composer Barry Hyde and party starters noyou. It will also feature performances from the Young Musicians Project.
The festival will be broadcast via Facebook Live with all donations received on the day will be in aid of the Sunderland foodbank.
