Groove Armada and Craig Charles’ Funk and Soul Club are amongst the artists announced for this year’s event

Lindisfarne Festival announce their first wave of acts for their 2020 offering taking place at Beal Farm off the Northumberland Coast from 3rd-6th Sept. The over 18’s festival, described as “the ultimate end of summer party” will feature over two hundred musicians and comedians over ten stages alongside a programme of creative workshops, comedy, spoken word and yoga and holistic therapies.
With over 5000 people in attendance at the spectacular site overlooking Holy Island last summer, the independent festival has achieved significant growth in audience numbers since the inaugural event in 2015.
Headlining Saturday night is electronic music duo, Groove Armada known for their chart-topping singles “I see you baby” and “Superstylin” and four UK top 50 albums.
Craig Charles Funk and Soul Club will be returning to the festival to headline the Thursday evening. They will be accompanied by a host of acts over the weekend from a range of musical genres including Dutty Moonshine Big Band, Fabio + Groove Rider, Zion Train, DJ Rap, Letz Zep, The Destroyers, Backyard Rhythm Orchestra, Cut Capers, The Bar-stewards of Val Doonican, Voice of the Town, Sister Suze, Black Cat Bone, Amy Montgomerie, Gleadrich and Rachael Croft.
