An eclectic bill makes for an exciting Tuesday at Northumberland Arms
Fancy something a little bit exotic with your Tuesday night next week? How about a punky, spacey band with roots in New York and Paris? That’s what’s on offer at Northumberland Arms on Tuesday 13th September, as Les Bicyclettes Blanches play the Newcastle venue, joined by three other damn fine bands.
The neo-psych outfit bring some twisted, dark, sultry yet energetic tracks that could be a fantastic new discovery for anyone not familiar with their sound. They’re joined by the fast and fun-filled Smokin’ Coconuts, Ghost//Signals‘ retro indie goth vibes, and the sleazy rock and roll noise of Nine Tons. It’s pay what you like too, but we reckon these bands might leave you so impressed you’ll be digging very deep in them pockets.
