Following on from the huge success of the first Transtock Festival – Newcastle’s first ever all-day all-trans & non-binary music & poetry festival returns on Saturday 22nd November
Following the success of last year’s sold-out debut, Transtock returns to The Globe for a second all-day celebration of trans and non-binary music and poetry. Timed to mark Trans Day of Remembrance, the event showcases trans and non-binary artists from across the North East and beyond, with 90% of proceeds going to local charity Be: Trans Support.
Curated by singer-songwriter and Dinky Bossetti frontwoman Jade Mia Broadhead, Transtock 2025 features sets from some of the finest trans and non-binary artists, including Bitchfinder General, That Clare, Elena Sirett, Sandy Wells-Lee, Amy Langdown, Freya Bentley, Alice Skye, and Broadhead herself, with all performers waiving their fees to maximise fundraising. The first edition raised £920 and drew such demand that The Globe opened its upstairs space as a chill-out zone to accommodate the crowd.
Tickets are £8 in advance or £10 on the door. You can get yours here.
