Fool Like Me is the debut single from Marina Josephina which was released in April 2023. The Stockton-born artist has a strong and luxurious sound with rich and sumptuous tones that fall effortlessly from her lips.
Lyrics are reminiscent of artists like Norah Jones and Nadine Shah, and the artist describes as “profound and sincere, with a summer soul groove accompanying the contrasting rhythmic vocals and warm jazzy melismas”. It’s an accomplished track which reflects the hopefulness of attempts to try and fix a relationship.
