Local promoters, F54 bring Dundalk’s finest folk septet to Newcastle on Sunday 18th September
The Mary Wallopers, are brothers Charles and Andrew Hendy and their friend Sean McKenna. The trio started as a touring Irish Ballad trio where their energy-rich live performances were described as a cross between Dead Kennedys and The Clancy Brothers. The band upgraded to a seven-piece and once lockdown was over the band picked up where they left off, playing to ecstatic audiences in Ireland and the UK.
Luckily for us, Dundalk’s finest will be coming to Cluny 2, courtesy of promoters F54, on Sunday 18th December to play the songs you know and love, including tracks from their recent, critically-acclaimed self-titled album.
Tickets are the perfect secret-Santa gift price of £10, and available here.
