2018 celebrates the inaugural year of this incredible project, its a chance to glimpse behind the curtain of some very talented creatives, with a wide variety of work showcased through fine and applied art, painting, photography, drawing and textiles. There’s a good amount of conceptional and contemporary practices to be marvelled at too, with budding art collectors offered the chance to snap up some treats to suit a range of budgets.

The studios taking part include Brighton Road Studios, Bensham Grove, Eleventh Avenue Studios, New Bridge Project: Gateshead, St Chad’s Church and St Cuthbert’s Church. All will be open between 10am and 5pm on Saturday 27th October, with entry into all venues totally free.

It’s a chance to see artists in their natural habitats, creating, making and seeing their work put into context, as well as getting involved at some venues and picking up some incredible artwork for yourself.
