Time Will Wait For No One is in fact the title of the newest album from Los Angles soft and indie rock band Local Natives, and not the last text I sent my mate who’s always late. The album kicks off with a nice acoustic guitar-led opening, which sets a remorseful and regretful mood which permeates throughout the whole album.

The LP does pick up from there, with some genuinely fun and bouncing tunes like NYE, that creates a warm, summer-feeling atmosphere to the project, meaning it’ll make it a very pleasant summer listen. Despite this carefully crafted feeling, the album could have offered a more dynamic experience, as many of the tracks can sound familiar to one another.
