Dark electronic-pop outfit, Zela release their latest single, I Think I Might’ve Killed Someone, across all major platforms via Homefire Recording Co. The duo from the North-East, consisting of siblings Liv and Max Griff, have been making waves this year, racking up thousands of Spotify plays, as well as receiving warm words from both press and radio.

We’re pleased to announce that we’ve been given an exclusive preview of Zela’s single ahead of its release tomorrow (3rd July). The track looks at the link between social media, mental health and self-destruction and is a captivating, beautifully produced listen complete with raw, heartfelt vocals, industrial drive and unsettling glitches. Here, lead singer Liv tells us more…

“This song digs deep into the darkest corners of my brain, it’s the most exposed I’ve ever written. It was maddening to write, it felt like a discovery and a finale all in one by the time the song was finished. I’m so in love with this song in such a disturbing way. It reminds me of the dark place I was in when I wrote it, but also reminds me of the power I have to overcome that darkness; in this instance, my recovery began by expressing my feelings through this song“
