A photography exhibition drawing on Michael’s personal experience opens at the Redcar art space on 10th March
You Look Like You, a debut solo exhibition by photographer Michael Sreenan, opens at Palace Hub Redcar on Friday 10th March.
Michael is from Redcar, and is interested in portraiture and storytelling through photography. His work has been featured on Vogue Italia and GQ Middle East and he has worked with a variety of UK-based commercial clients.
The exhibition explores Michael’s journey after suffering a brain injury in 2021, it draws on the artist’s personal experiences and touches on the things we deal with as humans, such as trauma, grief, disconnection and healing.
The exhibition is free to enter, will run until Saturday 8th April and will also showcase work from ceramicist Deiniol Williams.
