Reliably informed

Since its conception, Felt Nowt (The North-East comedy company run by comedians for comedians) has been making the region smile with its many LOL-alicious events and projects. In continuing their excellent work they have recently announced its second, full-time comedy club at the 60-seater venue the Dun Cow (an ornate establishment who hosted Laurel and Hardy back in the old days), smack in the middle of Sunderland’s culture quarter.

The shows will take place twice a week with the first event taking Friday 26th November and repeated again the following night (Saturday 27th November). Performing are Louise Young who has been supporting Alan Carr on tour; homegrown hero Neil Harris and Stu Edwards who recently supported Tom Stade. Hosting the evening is South Shields legend Lee Kyle.

The next show takes place on 10th & 11th December and features Nick Cranston, Kelly Edgar, David Haddingham, with host Si Beckwith. Tickets for both shows can be found here.
