News: Write Your Song

Write Your Song is a brand new songwriting service from rising North East songwriter, Eddie Scott, who you will recognised from Sunderland’s pop-funksters PICNIC and Hartlepool’s lo-fi indie outfit Mt. Misery. Having written songs with different artists in the North East for a while (Jodie Nicholson, Sophia, St. Buryan to name a few) the talented musician is wanting to share his skills to help younger, more inexperienced artists make their first steps into original music.

Eddie, who had songs receive national airplay on BBC Radio, coverage on national TV and who was one of the first twenty songwriters to ever be included in the Ivors Academy mentorship scheme, is currently offering £100 off the “Full Package” for all bookings in 2020, using the code ‘WRITE2020’. This includes two 2-hour sessions with Eddie in his studio in Sunderland, a Zoom call beforehand to discuss your influences and what kind of song you’d like to write and a fully recorded demo and backing track to keep.
