Katie Crutchfield comes to Tyneside in support of her latest LP
Katie Crutchfield – aka Waxahatchee – is bringing her distinctive Southern roots to The Cluny on Tuesday 16th June. The singer-songwriter, whose last album Cerulean Salt gained massive critical acclaim, is touring the UK in support of her latest LP Ivy Tripp, which sees Crutchfield displaying a more confident side to her blues-infused songs. Infused with more keyboards and drum machines than her previous efforts, Ivy Tripp will offer something slightly different to her previous efforts while still maintaining Crutchfield’s signature roots sound.
Her date at the Cluny is part of a six-date tour of the UK in June before she heads off to Europe.
Waxahatchee will play at The Cluny on Tuesday 16th June. Tickets for the event are now on sale.
