Reliably informed

Every musician in the world, at some point or another, has dreamed of performing in a castle. On Saturday 10th May these dreams can now come true, as music collective The Rookery have been granted access to the 939 year old Newcastle Castle for a royally good night of live music.

You’ll be guided by The Rookery Team through every room of the castle and stop at various performance spaces to enjoy one of the fantastic handpicked artists. Filling your ears with delightful sounds will be the powerful singer-songwriter Afnan Prince, bass busker Ojay, alt-indie rockers Luna Rosa and psych trio Mr Comfortable. It will be a live music experience like you have never experienced before.

Don’t forget to dress smart (because you are in a castle after all) and (as there are no onsite taverns) you can bring your own drinks… HURRAH!

Doors are 7pm. Last entry is 7.45pm. Tickets are £15 ADV and available here.
