Music from Perfume Advert and visual art make for a very unique event
With Café Blah Blah to launch in May, it means The House Of Blah Blah space is being put to good use for some interesting events before the exhibition programme starts. One of the most exciting of these events is The End Of The World warehouse party, which happens on Saturday 9th April.
After a very successful one-off back in late 2014, low key advertising drummed up a good crowd for a mixture of visual art and live electronic music. Opening up to more alternative underground events as The House Of Blah Blah becomes a licensed venue, this really is the best way to kick things off. The warehouse is forward thinking house, techno and UK bass and visual art by Jessica Armstrong. The line-up includes special guests Perfume Advert, whose ambient, down-tempo beats are a perfect choice. The gallery space will also be filled with disco, funk and soul hosted by Undergroove & Tracked residents plus visual arts.
The End Of The World takes place at The House of Blah Blah, Middlesbrough on Saturday 9th April.
