After enduring two years of enforced cancellations due to the pandemic, Stockton’s original multi-venue festival, Stockton Calling, returns on Saturday 16th April 2022, and it promises to be the biggest celebration of music the town has seen, with tickets now on sale.

Over 80 bands will perform across 11 venues, with new spaces including Sticky’s, The LINK at Stockton Globe and NE Volume Music Bar joining the core venues of KU, ARC (who both host two stages each), The Georgian Theatre, The Green Room, The Storytellers and The Vault.

The festival is run by ARC, KU Promotions and Tees Music Alliance, all of whom are well known for their reputation for bringing exciting up and coming bands and established talent to the town. Festival co-organiser Jimmy Beck said: “Everyone is aware of why we haven’t been around for two years but it’s really important for us all as organisers to pick up where we left off and move the festival forward in a really positive way. We’re delighted with the way things are going and the enthusiasm everyone is showing for us returning next Easter – it’s looking like it’ll be a cracker of a day and we can’t wait.”

We’ll be bringing you more news, interviews with artists and exclusive features over the coming months. Stockton Calling traditionally sells out in advance, so it’d be wise to grab a ticket now via the website, the DICE app or via ARC’s box office.
