The multi-venue music festival kicks takes place in March
Dutch Uncles by Adrian Lambert
As the dark nights are drawing in we’re sure the last thing that’s on your mind is next year’s festival season, but Stockton’s highly successful multi-venue musical extravaganza is on hand to cheer you up, with an announcement that 2016’s Stockton Calling will take place on Saturday 26th March, with tickets on sale from today.
For the seventh year, Stockton Calling will fill the town with fantastic live music, with eight venues taking part. Some of the region’s best promoters have a hand in the line-up, with The Kids Are Sold Gold, Nouvelle Musique, Into Tomorrow and us here at NARC. all programming a stage, plus there’s a new venue in the form of Music Lounge.
Over 80 bands will play the event, with Manchester four-piece Dutch Uncles taking on a headline slot and whetting the appetite for further line-up announcements over the coming weeks. With previous years’ festivals selling out in advance, we highly recommend you grab a ticket as soon as you can!
Tickets, priced at £16.50, are available from midday today from ARC, Green Dragon Studios and The Storytellers, or online from www.stocktoncalling.co.uk
