Reliably informed

There’s a very special gig this week in aid of the quite wonderful charity The Percy Hedley Foundation, as four awesome bands come to Cluny 2 on Saturday 20th August.

It’s all in aid of the Tyneside based charity that has been providing services and promoting independence for people with cerebral palsy, autism and other disabilities since 1953. On the bill is the quirky, melancholy indie pop of Slow Decades, who are one of the North East music scene’s absolute hidden gems. Alternative rockers Tchotchke bring slow, dreamy captivating pop to the bill too, with E’spaniel’s pulsating melodies and the completely unique The Soundbeam Band rounding out an exquisite bill, and all in aid of such a good cause.

Slow Decades, Tchotchke, E’spaniel and The Soundbeam Band play Cluny 2, Newcastle on Saturday 20th August.
