With newest album Circles out now, nu metallers P.O.D. are showing they are still on top form and are currently in the midst of a European tour, with special guests Alien Ant Farm and ’68 providing support at Newcastle’s O2 Academy on Sunday 3rd March.

With a resurgence in popularity over recent years and playing a host of festivals, this return to playing UK shows is going to be well received. An extensive back catalogue will have fans clamouring for a host of tracks and with them being joined by hard rock heroes Alien Ant Farm and noise punk duo ’68 that features The Chariot/Norma Jean’s Josh Scogin there’s a stellar selection of alt music talent on show.

The new release finds the band still fusing metal, punk and hardcore influences, and showing that over the years they’ve continued striving to make strong output that blows audiences away. This isn’t just a show to relive your baggy pantsed youth, this is a band who are current and churning out music that is full of passion.

P.O.D, Alien Ant Farm and ’68 play O2 Academy, Newcastle on Sunday 3rd March.
