In the first of our stage focuses for this year’s NARC. Fest, taking place across the Ouseburn Valley, Newcastle on Saturday 4th July. Alex Burgess from Lone Wolf promotions tell us about her line-up at The Free Trade Inn.

“Opening the stage, are alternative rock band, Sun Dance. Having emerged onto the North East music scene earlier this year, and with a stand out support slot with The Subways as their first gig, the band are certainly ones to watch for 2015.

Up next are Sunderland five piece Cohesion. Following on from their UK tour, and the release of their latest single, Luna, they’ll be bringing their indie-rock sound to the Free Trade Inn.

Blending folk and alt-pop to create his music, Charlie Dancer and his band will also appear on the Lone Wolf bill. After catching the attention of many these past few months, his live set is not one to be missed.

Finally, the headline spot is filled by Newcastle based indie four piece Coquin Migale. After support from the BBC, and the release of their EP Feel, the band have exploded onto the scene, pulling crowds wherever they play.”

Further stage announcements will be made over the coming weeks, keep an eye on our Facebook page for more info about the festival. All events are free entry!
