Reliably informed

The third Bruja event at Voodoo Cafe in Darlington is set to be an absolute stormer of a show, as both Kobadelta and The Black Sheep Frederick Dickens showcase their uniquely dark sounds for a night that’ll go off with a bang on .

Kobadelta are gearing up for an EP release in October, and judging by newest track Bathsheba, which serves as a perfect little tease for that EP, it’s set to be filled with the psychedelic rock they’ve become known for, though they do seem to be taking things in a slightly heavier, more tortured direction. They’re joined by The Black Sheep Frederick Dickens, who are making a name for themselves as one of the most original bands in the North East, baritone vocals spewing forth intricately interesting lyrics; the duo make music that is utterly spellbinding and both bands on show are ones that you’ll be talking about long into the night.

Kobadelta and The Black Sheep Frederick Dickens play Voodoo Cafe, Darlington on Saturday 20th August.
