A big slice of dub, reggae and ska comes to Boiler shop in Newcastle on Friday 26th October, as Gentleman’s Dub Club roll into town. With a new album scheduled for release at the start of next year and a new single just out, there are lots of new sounds to be heard from the established group.

With a big 2018 already, they’ve worked with Joe Dukie (Fat Freddy’s Drop), Chali 2na (Jurassic 5), Kiko Bun, Gardna and Hollie Cook in their collaborative release with The Nextmen, Pound For Pound. A summer of smashing festivals around the UK and Europe and returning to focus on their own sounds sees a welcome return to gigs and they’re set for a real fun show at Boiler Shop.

Few bands have a name which sets up what they’re all about as well as this, but the reggae-influenced sounds are full of heavy bass lines, smooth soulful vocals and tunes that’ll get you up dancing and bouncing.
