On Thursday 29th October, the Sunderland indie-rock outfit are treating the internet to an audio-visual spectacular to say goodbye to their latest album
Saying goodbye is always a hard thing to do… Unless you do it in song and surrounded by visuals harking back to your glory days, which is what Sunderland’s poppy, pepped up, concept-rockers Field Music are doing to help you hold back the tears as they do a livestream performance to say goodbye to their latest album, Making A New World.
On Thursday 29th October (at 9pm) the band will be performing the album in full via the technological advances of the internet, in a way that allows them to reach audiences the global pandemic hasn’t allowed them. Those tired of seeing ‘Live, Laugh, Love’ signs and bookshelves in the backdrops of the many livestream sessions that float about our social media sites will be pleased to know that the performance will be a green screen spectacular, filled with all the state-of-the-art visual effects that the kids used to enjoy back in 1985.
