A second EP is to be released on Friday 4th November, and there’s a show at Newcastle’s Think Tank Underground on Monday 7th November, but before all that, there’s a chance to get further acquainted with the sharp indie rock sounds of Bryde, with recently streamed track Honey, and newly streamed Wouldn’t That Make You Feel Good?

EP2 takes off where the first signed off, a rock and roll vibe with a tortured edge and a soulful-yet-subtly-powerful voice have made Bryde a real star on the rise. The artist, also known as Welsh singer-songwriter Sarah Howells has dark, bluesy guitars to provide a backdrop to the assured, cutting vocals that are rich in tone, creating tracks that flit between vicious and tender, so Friday’s EP release and Monday’s show are two more tantalising steps taken by this talented artist.

Bryde releases EP2 on Friday 4th November and plays Think Tank Underground, Newcastle on Monday 7th November.
