Stockton’s premiere all-day music festival, Stockton Calling, have today announced an excellent booking in the form of alt. punk/hip-hop/grime band Bob Vylan, who will play the brand new Sticky’s stage on Saturday 16th April.

Renowned for their outspoken lyrics which rally against discrimination and corruption, the band’s unique fusion of sounds along with a visceral live show, makes them an exciting addition to the festival line-up.

Chris Cobain, one of the festival’s organisers is very happy with the booking: “We’ve been keeping an eye on Bob Vylan since their epic album Dread came out in 2019 and we’ve finally been able to bring them to Stockton, they are one of the UK’s most exciting live bands, a musical mish mash of indie, punk and grime with a powerful message behind it.”

Bob Vylan will join a plethora of talent at the popular festival, including fellow headliners Self Esteem, The Pigeon Detectives and The Reytons, with other acts recently confirmed including The Let Go, Courting, Stone, The Zen Arcade, Shambolics, Duck, CVC, Frankie Beetlestone, Cara Rose, English Teacher, bigfatbig, Faye Fantarrow, Joe Ramsey, Leopard Rays, Luke Royalty, Michael Gallagher, Moon Wax, Mt.
