The psych-rockers return to the region for a one-off gig
Good new guys! The long haired, distant, dressed in black look is back in style and Blossoms are rocking it like it never went away. The Stockport based five-piece are currently embarked on a UK tour and will be hitting up The Cluny on Monday 2nd March, armed with their usual array of melodic, psychedelic-pop set lists that have seen them turn heads since releasing their debut single You Pulled A Gun On Me last year.
Since then, we’ve seen Blossoms churn out another four cracking songs, staying true to their roots and plucking away a pop-infused approach which has proven to be a popular approach within British pop song-writing. Drawing on a mix of influences, The Urge sees keyboard commitments which would fit soundly in a Stranglers hit while Blow echoes of early Arctic Monkey’s releases.
