After a blinding support tour with Deaf Havana before Christmas, moody rockers Black Foxxes re-emerge with the release of their second studio album REIðI. They are also firmly grasping the reigns to embark on their first headline European tour, which stops by Think Tank?, Newcastle on Saturday 31st March.

Since being catapulted into rock lovers’ hearts in 2014, the Wrexham trio have never shied away from pushing creative boundaries, producing a brutally honest and original sound. Lyrically relatable on so many levels thanks to chief writer and frontman Mark Holley’s talent, it’s the raw power thrown out by the band as a whole that is particularly noteworthy.

Holley sought out the solace of Iceland to write the foundations of REIðI, which means rage in the native language, so it’s no surprise that inspiration has come from the varying dynamics of the country. With stark contrasts of dark and light evident in new single Manic In Me, Black Foxxes’ live show is expected to be as mysterious and visceral as their recorded output. Don’t miss it.
