Reliably informed

He sees all you see, knows all you know, hears all you hear and sometimes, if you are very unlucky, he tells you what he thinks of it all.

Gary Kitching is an improviser, actor and comedian and Me and Mr. C is his funny touching, disturbing rendering of what it is like to have a voice in your head that explains to you with authority, purpose and well referenced arguments, that you are a worthless piece of shit. An experience you may be able to sympathise with. Me and Mr. C comes to Alphabetti Theatre in Newcastle on Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd March.

Here, in a rather unique top five, we get five reasons why “Me” is a piece of shit!

1. If I’m invited out I’ll leave it to the last minute to cancel. I’ll have every intention of going but the stress of going out will eventually become too much. I’ll end up staying at home watching a film I’ve seen.

2. Every relationship I’ve had has ended in disappointment and regret. It’s not always my fault, but I tell myself it is.

3. If I’m in public and someone says something that is serious I misjudge the moment and say something inappropriate, but don’t worry I will eat myself up about it for the rest of my life.

4. I can waste hours of my life simply by worrying and talking to myself. Mainly about things I should be doing ,but won’t, because I’m too busy worrying.

5. The only person I talk and confide in is a fucking Ventriloquist puppet.

These are also five amazing reasons to come see my show. Also, it’s fucking funny!
