Released: 11.02.22

Weymouth punk band Weatherstate don’t believe in padding their tracks out any longer than they need to be. In keeping most tracks around the three-minute mark the energy is maintained across the whole release. Blink-182 may have sung “Work sucks, I know” but Weatherstate have taken that sentiment and created a set of tunes that make you want to break from the monotonous routines of life.

As Harry Hoskins sings in the track Down says “I’m satisfied I’m doing what I can” and in that it is easy to relate to each track. It is refreshing to listen to an album that mirrors the experiences that many of us face. An album to play on the way to work.
